Terms & Conditions of Sale

These Terms & Conditions govern all sales made through BY STELLE LIMITED.
By purchasing from our website, you agree to these terms.

1. Products

All hair extensions are made to order and customised by colour. Slight variations in tone or texture may occur due to screen display or lighting.

2. Orders & Payment

Orders are only confirmed once full payment has been received.
We reserve the right to cancel or decline any order prior to dispatch, with a full refund issued if so.

3. Delivery

Dispatch and delivery times are estimates only.
We are not liable for delays caused by the courier or customs.

4. Returns & Credit Notes

Bespoke items are non-refundable.
Returns for a credit note will only be accepted under the conditions outlined in our Returns Policy.

5. Faulty Goods

If a product is found to be faulty, the process detailed in our Faulty Hair Returns section applies.
We will not cover issues caused by incorrect fitting, colouring, or use of non-recommended products.

6. Aftercare

We accept no liability for issues arising from improper fitting, maintenance, or product use.

7. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased. We do not accept responsibility for consequential losses.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your personal data.
When you place an order, we collect only the information necessary to process and deliver your items.

What we collect:

• Name, email, phone number, billing and delivery address

• Order details and payment information (processed securely via Shopify or your chosen payment provider)

We never sell or share your information with third parties except where required to fulfil your order (e.g., courier or payment processor).
You can request data deletion or correction at any time by emailing stelle@bystelle.co.uk

Your data is stored securely in accordance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

Shipping Policy

All hair extensions are made to order, and processing times may vary depending on stock and colour.
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Estimated delivery:

• UK orders: 5 weeks from date of purchase for all 'made-to-order products

• 1–3 working days after dispatch for all other products site wide.

We use Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1pm or a tracked courier service for all orders over £100

We cannot be held responsible for delays once your order has been passed to the courier.
If a parcel is lost or delayed, please contact the courier directly using your tracking number.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout — we are not liable for parcels sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
